Floor and Patio Paint

We were visiting a home in Maine and the upstairs guest bedrooms all had painted wood floors that looked perfectly New England, while also retaining a smooth finish and appeared very clean.  I have painted floors before, and this can be a hard look to achieve.  The type of paint the owner used was Benjamin Moore, Natural Beige, Latex Floor and Patio.
